New York 学生' Bill of Rights
The following is a list of rights outlined by New York State, and included in 十大电竞游戏综合排名 第九条 程序. 有兴趣的同学, the Office of 不歧视 and 第九条 will explain what these rights mean in further detail. Responding to and helping someone recover from an instance of sexual violence or assault can be complex and emotional, and it is often helpful if survivors speak with someone. The Office of 不歧视 and 第九条 is here to assist all students in understanding their rights related to sexual violence or assault. Additional resources, including confidential options, can be found through links below.
All students reporting 约会暴力, 家庭暴力, sexual assault and/or 跟踪 have the right to:

Make a report to local law enforcement and/or state police;

Have disclosures of 家庭暴力, 约会暴力, 跟踪, and sexual assault treated seriously;

Make a decision about whether or not to disclose a crime or violation and participate in the conduct process and/or 刑事司法 process free from pressure by the College;

Participate in a process that is 公平, 公正的, and provides adequate notice and a meaningful opportunity to be heard;

Be treated with dignity and to receive from the College courteous, 公平, and respectful heath care and counseling services, 可用;

Be free from any suggestion that the reporting individual is at fault when these crimes and violations are committed, or should have acted in a different manner to avoid such crimes or violations;

Describe the incident to as few College representatives as practicable and not be required to unnecessarily repeat a description of the incident;

Be protected from retaliation by the College, 任何学生, the respondent and/or their friends, family and acquaintances within the jurisdiction of the College;

Access to at least one level of appeal of a determination;

Be accompanied by an advisor of choice who may assist and advise a reporting individual or respondent throughout the conduct process including during all meetings and hearings related to such process; and

Exercise civil rights and practice of religion without interference by the investigative, 刑事司法, or conduct process of the College.
